Khazar University, Baku is searching for partners.

Dear prospective partner,
I am writing to you from Khazar University (Baku, Azerbaijan) with regard to a possibility of partnership within the framework of the Tempus IV programme (http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/tempus/index_en.phpl), funded by the European Commission.
The program is aimed at facilitating cooperation between higher education institutions in the EU and in the partner countries (neighboring regions), which also includes Azerbaijan and other countries in the wider region. Khazar University is currently building a consortium to apply for a grant. Khazar University is experienced in this kind of grant projects and has won three Tempus grants since 1999. This time, we have the intention to submit a proposal for grant in the broader programme area of Curriculum Reform. As a coordinator of the project Khazar University will prepare and submit the proposal. At initial stage all partner countries need to fill in some forms and provide some information about their institutions.
