Astrakhan State University is searching for partners for co-operative eloboration of the proposal “Network of E-competence Centres for elaboration and introduction of e-government services”.

The more detailed description of the project is in the attachement. We would like to find partners in EU and also a contractor-university, interested in the theme in order to participate in the 3rd Call of Tempus IV program.
