Short description of project proposal Ilia State University ( formerly Ilia Chavchavadze State University) in Tbilisi, Georgia is looking for partners for a project proposal, briefly described below. The project is to be submitted under Tempus IV third call - building block of Higher Education and Society ( Joint Projects)- Education, Innovation, Research.

The project is targeting the innovative technique of biodisel production from eco-friendly alternative fuel - plants. Small scale biodiesel plants will be launched and the farmers will be able to process the plants they will harvest for oil while also producing their own oil and alternative clean renewable fuel. The oil received from this plant is considered as the best row materials for producing biodiesel in the countries of Central Europe. The climate there is suitable for cultivating the Rapes.
