St. Petersburg State University for Engineering and Economics (ENGECON, Russia) is currently looking for partners in European Union to participate in the TEMPUS IV (2007-2013) Program of European Commission for the 3rd call of proposals.

According to the TEMPUS IV Programme, this topic goes under the Structural Measures. Structural Measures contribute to the development and reform of higher education institutions and systems in partner countries, to enhance their quality and relevance, and increase their convergence with EU developments.
