Ilia State University, Tbilisi Georgia is developing a project proposal under TEMPUS IV- Third Call. The project aims to design M. A. and PhD programs in Soviet and Post-Soviet Studies at Partner Country universities.

The goal of the project is to address the problematic issues in social sciences which are among national priorities for both partner countries - Georgia and Armenia. The project is intended to fulfill its objective by establishing the program in two countries according to the standards of 2nd and 3rd cycles of Bologna process and by disseminating the results to the higher education institutions in the region.
Ilia State University is looking for EU partner institutions to join the consortium of Georgian and Armenian HEIs. Deadline is in less than three weeks.Attached find the short summary of the project.
