    My name is Rana Haddad and I am the Design and Media Coordinator at the Academic Computing Center (ACC) in AUB. Rosie Nasr gave me your contact information so that I can contact you about a couple of ideas we might have for a Tempus proposal, with the hope that you can help us find partners.

    LEARNING OBJECT CREATION With the fast progress of the Design and Media Unit at ACC, we now have the need to start investing in the creation of learning objects. Learning Objects are “digital resources that can be re-used to support and enhance learning”. They might include, animation, simulation, video, audio, charts, images, etc.

    Governance Reform University Management and Student Services

    Student Service Center (Academic and Student Life)

    As a coordinator of a consortium of Georgian and Armenian HEIs, Ilia State University (former Ilia Chavchavadze State University) in Tbilisi, Georgia is developing a proposal under Tempus IV third call for proposals in the field of Governance Reform (regional priority for ENPI East “University management and student services”). The project strives to establish a Student Service Center which will be committed to assisting incoming and current students in gathering university and studies related information over a short period of time. Apart from the academic niche, the Center will also put an emphasis on a cultural side of the university life.
